I administer it at night at the first signs of heart disease, while also increasing vitamin D3, omega 3, and multivitamins in the morning. Symptoms of a cold dissipate rapidly. Great stuff, works even for adults! I bought it as a desperate attempt to enhance my 2-year-old’s immune system, as he’s been ill frequently since starting nursery. Battling bronchitis, I feel it eased his cough. He enjoys counting the drops with me and likes the taste. Testing it myself convinced me more of its benefits; I felt something viral coming on but, after taking it three times daily alongside vitamin C, the virus didn’t progress.

The temperature did not last long and was not high; lethargy quickly diminished, allowing him to exercise, albeit briefly. Appetite improved slightly. I conclude that viral intoxication resolves faster. When taking only Aflubin, there is a reduction in temperature, but without an increase in energy. I offered my sick husband some at night; he noticed more energy and improved well-being in the morning, free of overwhelm. The specific taste does not deter the child from taking it without water.
